At United Wings Expo, I was responsible for overseeing all facets of organizing exhibitions from A to Z. This included booking venues and selecting optimal dates for events to maximize attendance and exhibitor satisfaction. I excelled in designing strategic floor plans, which optimized exhibitor placement, foot traffic, and attendee experience.

I led efforts in digital marketing and public relations, creating campaigns that effectively promoted the exhibitions through SEO, SEM, and social media channels. I also managed media relations, coordinating press coverage to boost event visibility.

During the setup phase, I coordinated with various teams, overseeing tasks such as booth name stickers, exhibition artwork, and media materials, ensuring that all elements were aligned with the event’s branding and goals. I also managed the website visitor registration process, enhancing attendee convenience and ensuring accurate tracking of participation.
